Well Rounded NY’s 3rd Annual Tips by Trimester

Expecting mamas came out to show off their bumps and celebrate at Well Rounded NY’s third annual Tips by Trimester event.

Seraphine Maternity welcomed bellies and babies at their Broadway store for a  #pregnancypreptalk.

imageAs moms browsed through the fashions, they learned how to have a healthier pregnancy and birth from Middleberg Nutrition, Carriage House Birth, and the Seleni Institute.

Snacks provided by pregnancy and post partum meal delivery service Barley + Oats kept the party going, while mamas sipped beverages from vitamin-enhanced Balance Water and Bump Water, the only water with folic acid in flavors like Cranberry Ginger, Strawberry Lemonade, Pomegranate Mixed Berry, Lemonade, and Lemon Lime.

imageHappy Family shared their new Happy Mama pouches and prenatal vitamins, and moms got a first hand look at the award winning Gerber Baby Nes, a wireless formula dispensing system.

imageBaby K’tan helped demonstrate that baby wearing is as easy as slipping on a tee shirt, and Bamboobies was on hand with soft, washable nursing pads made with bamboo rayon velour, cotton, and hemp fabrics. Weleda, the skincare brand that’s been around since 1921, shared products to pamper and nourish mom and baby’s skin.

Sitter.me explained how their technology simplifies the way parents book, pay, and find trusted babysitters, and Ubbi showed how their powder-coated steel diaper disposal system locks diaper odors in.

Artifact Uprising shared their custom, quality photo books, photo albums, cards.

The fun didn’t end there, as Motherhood Storybook shot pregnancy portraits of each mom to show off her glow. Danielle and I couldn’t resist taking a quick pic.

No, we’re not pregnant–just cute!

Pregnancy can tire a mom out–Bedgear had it covered with their performance bedding, designed with breathable moisture-wicking performance fabrics to keep moms cool and dry. Face Love Fitness offered facial massages to increase circulation, rejuvenate cells, and bring back elasticity. If mom’s phone was the one that needed rejuvenating, Mommy Nearest‘s charging station did the job, while offering baby wipes and information about their app, which helps parents find kid friendly places to go, things to do, and specials on the go.

imageMamas left with an understanding of how to have a healthier pregnancy, knowledge of cool baby products, and gift bag goodies from the sponsors and speakers.

Could you have used a pregnancy prep talk?
