Coping Through COVID-19: 75 Resources for the Whole Family

African american family

When we toasted to the start of 2020, we probably thought this year would go a little differently.

We didn’t imagine we’d be stuck inside for months, or that we’d have to stand six feet apart at the local supermarket. We didn’t consider that schools might close and we’d be responsible for homeschooling our children. We definitely didn’t think we’d be watching a documentary about a man and some tigers.

While we stay home, days turn into nights. Pajamas stay on. The kids complain of boredom, and we all just want a moment of peace. We’re living in a frightening time, and we’re not quite sure when it will end–but these tips and information from across the web can help.

Whether you’ve got questions about how COVID-19 will affect your pregnancy, or you’re wondering how to manage your mental health, this list of 75 resources for your whole family covers most of your COVID worries, and will encourage you to keep going.
